2. Data Collection & Purpose: We collect your name, contact details, country of residence, language proficiency (English, Lebanese Arabic, Persian), and professional background (CV). This data is processed exclusively for assessing your suitability for specific strategic job openings and managing the recruitment process.
 

3. Legal Basis (GDPR): Data processing is based on your explicit consent and the necessity to take steps at your request prior to entering into a potential employment or service contract within the European Union.
 

4. Confidentiality & Sharing: Global Talents Bridge ensures your personal information is handled with strict confidentiality. Due to the strategic nature of our clients' expansions, the hiring company remains anonymous during the initial screening. Your data will only be shared with the relevant hiring managers for the specific project you applied for. We do not sell or lease data to third parties.
 

5. Data Retention: Your personal information will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process. If not selected, your CV may be kept in our talent pool for up to 12 months for future opportunities, unless you request its immediate deletion.
